What is the first action you should take upon logging into Flowtrac for the first time?
Use the system guide and meet with your Flowtrac CSM (customer success manager) for initial guidance that is personalized to your unique use case.
That being said, there are a few places you can begin on your own. At Flowtrac’s most basic level of use, you could stick to quick receiving and quick picking of products. So how do you get started with that? See below.
Whether you have just logged in for the first time to your test site or your live site, we suggest completing these actions items first, in no particular order:
- MENU->ADMINISTRATION->COMPANY SETTINGS
- Enter your organization’s name
- Enter the email information
- Enter any other necessary information.
- MENU->QUICK->RECEIVE
- You can use this to receive products. You can use it to bring in your initial quantities (unless you perform an import of your starting quantities).
- MENU->QUICK->PICK
- This is the basic way to pick, or decrement, your products.
