How do I search products by their lot or serial number?

You can look up the lot numbers or serial numbers of products by using filters at the top of the columns on the main product window. There is also another place that is useful for such searches:

MENU->INVENTORY->PRODUCT BY-> ___________

Here you will see the options to see products based on their warehouse, serial or tag, lot, package, or category.
