How do I receive and pick products without making an order for it?

You do not have to create an order every time you want to bring in or take out products. In Flowtrac, moving products without orders attachment to them is call performing a “quick” pick or “quick” receive. It’s much quicker than creating orders for every action. These functions are available on your desktop and through the mobile app as well.

Quick actions can be analyzed in great detail. For each quick receive, quick pick, and quick transfer, you have the option to record an account, reference (e.g., “damaged”,”floor use”,”donation”,”job number”) which you can filter by in the Flowtrac grids for analysis and reporting.
