How do I add a warehouse?

A warehouse, or other kind of location, can be added to your system now or later. Your products must exist in a location. If your business is small, you might have one main warehouse you call “Main Warehouse” or even just “Main”. You can add warehouses at no charge.

  1. MENU->ADMINISTRATION->WAREHOUSES
  2. Click the ADD button (bottom right corner, second button from the left).
  3. In the “Warehouse – Add” window, all fields with a red asterisk must be filled in.
  4. Click the CREATE button (bottom left corner, first button from the left) when completed.
  5. The window will stay open, in the upper right corner the BIN button will become available to add or edit bins (see below to add or edit a bin in this window).
  6. Click the SAVE button (bottom left corner, first button from the left) to save changes made.
  7. You can go back and edit this later if needed.

Tip!

To add or edit a bin:
In the “Warehouse – Add” window, click the bins button (upper right corner). If editing, click on the
bin name.

In the Bins window, click the ADD button (bottom right, second button from the left).

In the “Bin – Add” window, all fields with a red asterisk must be filled in. When completed, click the
CREATE button (bottom left, first button from the left).
