Adding your employees’ pictures to user profiles can help in numerous ways, but are not required. For example, they are useful when creating badges. Or, when performing check in/out of assets to people, the person’s picture could be helpful as a reference to ensure correct issuances.
- MENU->ADMINISTRATION->USERS->USERS
- Select a user by clicking on the blue hyperlinked name.
- Select or drag your image to the box with the blank space for the picture.
- Click the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen.
