How do I add employee pictures?

Adding your employees’ pictures to user profiles can help in numerous ways, but are not required. For example, they are useful when creating badges. Or, when performing check in/out of assets to people, the person’s picture could be helpful as a reference to ensure correct issuances.

  1. MENU->ADMINISTRATION->USERS->USERS
  2. Select a user by clicking on the blue hyperlinked name.
  3. Select or drag your image to the box with the blank space for the picture.
  4. Click the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen.

Tip!

You can print badges by clicking “Print” at the bottom of the “User – ___” window.
