How do I pick a transfer order on the app?

Transfer orders can be picked using your mobile devices. Picking the transfer order will prepare it for posting; to post the transfer order, you must complete it on the browser.

  1. Make sure you are in the right warehouse on your device. The warehouse name is displayed at the top of the Flowtrac app’s home screen.
  2. On the mobile app: Select the “Transfer” group of modules.
  3. Select “Transfer Pick”.
  4. Select the appropriate transfer order.
  5. Follow the prompts and submit when done picking.
  6. The status will changed to “Picked” on the transfer order.
  7. You will now need an administrator to post it on their browser. MENU->TRANSFERS->POST

Tip!

The transfer order cannot be received into its new location until it has been posted in the original location. Posting signifies that the transfer order’s products have left the building and ready to be received at the new destination.
