How do lot/serial numbers work with barcodes?

The software recognizes a barcode of just the lot or serial number that you scan. In other words, you will not have to print a product barcode plus a certain batch’s lot number barcodes. You do not need to label the products with two different barcodes. The system will automatically know the product it’s associated with the lot number or serial number that you scan. Therefore, you can print just the lot or serial barcode.

Your barcode labels for lot and serial numbers can also have the name and description of the product fitted in the label for an easier visual for all employees to read.
