I forgot my login and/or password.

If you forget your username and/or password (on the browser), you have a couple of options for retrieving this information. First, you can ask one of your system administrators (those in your organization who have full access in the system). Secondly, you could click on “Forgot password” found at the bottom of your login screen.

Tips!

-If you think you have the right password but it’s not working, trying clearing your CACHE.

-Also remember, we provide a test site as well as a live site, so check which one you are in because you could theoretically change your password in one but not the other. The data in your test site is designed to stay separate from your live site so that it doesn’t affect operations when your employees are learning in the system or you’re trying out customizations.
